Welcome to Fable. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and policies. We reserve the right to update them at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
'Fable', 'we', 'us', and 'our' refer to Fable The Label and its online store at fablethelabel.com.au. This website operates for the sale of women's clothing and related products.
You must be at least 18 to make a purchase. Use this website for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse.
Every Fable piece is hand-dyed and hand-sewn. Natural variation in colour and pattern between pieces is inherent to the craft and does not constitute a defect. Product images are representative — your exact piece will differ slightly.
All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST. Prices may change without notice. Products are subject to availability. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order.
We ship within Australia only. Standard shipping 3–7 business days. Express 1–3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services.
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. See our Returns & Exchange Policy for full terms.
We collect your name, email, address, and payment details to process orders and communicate with you. We do not sell your data. Payments are processed via Stripe — your card details are never stored on our servers. With your consent, we may send marketing emails.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy. Hand-dyed colour variation is a disclosed product characteristic and does not constitute a fault under ACL quality provisions.
