We want you to love your Fable piece. Here's how returns work.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Read the full policy below.

Returns within 14 days of delivery confirmation. Unworn, unwashed, original condition with tags. No returns on sale items, gift cards, or items marked final sale.
Store credit valid for 12 months, processed within 3 business days of receiving the return. Exchange for a different size in the same style, subject to availability. Refunds to original payment only if item is faulty.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return postage and offer a full refund or replacement.
  1. Email hello@fablethelabel.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
  3. Pack securely and send via tracked post.
  4. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
Hand-dyed colour variation is not a fault — it is a disclosed characteristic of the product. We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit. Use tracked shipping.
